Returns + Exchanges
For website orders, please contact us via email at Support@chgmvgkh.shop with your name, order number, and the item you are returning to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).
• Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt.
• Items must be received before we can issue a refund/refund. • Returned items must be in their original condition with all original tags attached.
• Items must not be worn, washed, or damaged.
• Applicable in-store and online: Sale items, personal hygiene products, diapers, and hair accessories are final.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect it to ensure it meets all of the above criteria. We will then email you a Return Authorization (RA) with a return label and issue a full credit/refund for the merchandise (minus return shipping costs).
Please note: We must receive the merchandise before issuing a refund. Shipping costs (unless we are at fault), handling fees, and sales tax are non-refundable. Chgmvgkh is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit.
