Shipping Options
All in-stock orders will ship via UPS within 1-3 business days. We will notify you by email if an item is out of stock. Free shipping is not available for oversized items or items shipped outside the lower 48 states. For overnight or expedited shipping, select the option on our website or contact us by phone or email for more assistance. All orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the following Monday, and orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Buy Now? Order Online Now and Pick Up Now! If you choose to pick up your order in-store during business hours, your order will be ready for pickup the same day. After checkout, you will receive an email letting you know your order is ready for pickup. Your payment will not be processed until we confirm your items are in-store and available for pickup. Orders placed after business hours will be picked up in-store the next business day.
Can't pick up your order today? We've got you covered. Orders can be held for up to 5 days from the date of purchase. Uncollected orders will be refunded and restocked.
International Shipping
Customers are responsible for all taxes and fees imposed by their country of residence (including VAT). Chgmvgkh is not responsible for any packages detained by international customs agencies. Furthermore, Chgmvgkh is not responsible for notifying customers of these agencies or their actions. Please check with the customs office of your specific country to understand their procedures and potential fees.
For example, UK residents may be subject to customs duties of at least 20% of the total purchase price. Chgmvgkh does not cover this cost. Packages will be held at a local distribution center for pickup until all duties and fees have been paid.
*If the customer neglects to pick up their package and returns it to Chgmvgkh, we will not refund the original shipping costs.
As with domestic shipping, if a package is undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information entered by the customer, Chgmvgkh is not responsible for any additional costs incurred for rerouting or reshipping.
Tracking
If you have a package marked as delivered but have not yet received it, please contact the local shipping agency in that country (we ship exclusively via UPS) for more information.
